Chocolat Mathez has had a way with truffles since 1934. Now they have taken it one step further with the addition of the famously decadent French liqueur, Cointreau and the result is sublime: Truffes Fantaisie– a delicious, dark chocolate truffle enriched with a fruity orange aroma. The secret is the chocolate ganache made from West African cocoa beans, which is rolled into a conical truffle shape, infused with Cointreau and then coated in dark chocolate.
