Local Deliver within the Byron Bay Township

Local Deliver is a set $10 fee for addresses located between Ewingsdale to Broken Head.

Delivery methods and Express Post
To ensure our product arrives quickly and safety, Love Byron Bay uses Australia Post’s Express Post service. The Express Post network usually takes 2-3 days from Byron Bay, depending where in Australia you live, because Byron Bay falls outside the Next Day Guarantee given in metropolitan areas. Due to the sensitive nature of our product, we  protect our chocolate with our temperature protection packaging and dispatch taking into consideration the climate at the time of order to ensure best condition upon arrival. To avoid increasing transit times that may result in exposure to potentially extreme temperature conditions, we do not dispatch parcels on Fridays. To ensure your parcel arrives safely, we may hold onto your order in our temperature-controlled facility if we have concerns about the weather causing damage. Australia Post will return your order to the nearest post office or depot for collection if no one is present to receive the delivery. To ensure product arrives safely we recommend you arrange a delivery location where someone will be available to receive your order.

Expected Delivery Time
Online orders can take between 2-6 business days to process, pack, and deliver to the shipping location from our Byron Bay Centre. You will receive a confirmation once your order is dispatched. During peak periods such as Christmas and Easter, standard delivery times may vary. Christmas in particular can coincide with warmer weather. Please consider ordering early to ensure you receive your order before your desired date.

Postage Cost
We charge a fixed fee of $17.50 for all deliveries in Australia and $22 for larger sized orders.

International Delivery
Orders placed through our online store can only be delivered to addresses throughout Australia. International orders can be made via email: info@love-byronbay.com and delivery will be calculated based on the order weight and delivery address. We recommend sending via Express Post International, through Australia Post, to take advantage of tracking and signature on delivery, and a 2-10 business day delivery time frame.
