Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit payments using Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You will receive an order confirmation on placing your order and a dispatch confirmation when your order is shipped. Placing an order alone does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently underpriced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
For shipping within Australia we use Australian Express Post. We charge a flat rate for shipping of $15. We offer free shipping within Australia for orders over $100. Alternatively we offer a 'customer collect' option to collect goods from our Byron Bay store. For our delivery schedule and expected delivery time please refer to our ‘Shipping Information”. We advise against deliveries when temperatures are higher than 28 degrees centigrade.

Currency and Financial Transactions
All prices on our website are in Australian dollar and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to amend our price list at any time without prior notice. If you have placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel your order should our prices change. We do not store any Credit Card details at all, and we use a secure Third Party Provider to process all Credit Card transactions.
Love Byron Bay uses Stripe payment processor system to power our e-commerce site. Stripe is a quick and secure way to accept credit card and debit card payments online, exceeding industry standards for security. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
Our products are supplied and delivered to customers within Australia and around the world. By purchasing a product through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age. When ordering from us, you will be required to provide your name and address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact details and credit card information. We undertake to take due care with this information however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus. Your order will be accepted or rejected 2 working days (Monday – Saturday). In cases of product order rejection, the most likely reason for rejecting will be that we do not currently have that product in stock. Once you have submitted an order through our website, you may not cancel the order regardless if our acceptance or rejection of your order is still pending. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods. If an order is lost in transit, orders will not be replaced until such time as the original order has been located and returned to Love Byron Bay. Jamaerah Pty Ltd does not accept liability for any loss or damage due to late delivery. Jamaerah Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any damage to your computer system which arises in connection with your use of this website.
